A set of 4 Absinthe Glasses
A set of four 19th century French absinthe glasses standing on simple stems, each with its typically thick and heavy glass the bowl. Decorated with a spiralling gadrooned pattern. Showing the trapped air bubbles and wobbles that come from their hand-blown construction. Area of Paris, circa 1860.
Condition report: In perfect condition, no chips or cracks.
