A Parisian Salon Table
A late 19th century French Louis XVI style kidney-shaped Salon table of very elegant design, the top decorated with an inlaid “musical instruments” pattern, an allegory for Harmony. Fitted with a kidney-shaped shelf, decorated with a Classical urn. A small drawer opening on the front. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
Condition report: In good, unrestored condition. Some losses of cross-banded veneer work on the top's rim.
