A French “Etabli de Boulanger”

An early 20th century French wrought iron and brass “Etabli de Boulanger (baker’s stand) of good and narrow proportions, the flanks decorated with typical Provencale scroll work. These “etablis” were used (and still are) by Patisseries and Boulangeries to display baguette loaves, cakes and all kinds of delicious baked products. They make wonderful display stands for objects, books or plants. Area of Provence, circa 1930.
Condition report: In excellent, unrestored condition.
