A French 10 to 14 seater Oak Farmhouse Table

An early 20th century French solid oak farmhouse table, the massive and nicely worn top on simple and sturdy oak legs joined by an 'H' stretcher. Cantelevered slides are fitted to each of the long rails, and it is these slides that support the extension leaves. In very good colour and with well-burnished timbers. Area of Normandy, circa 1930.
Condition report: In excellent, fully restored condition. Some of the photos below are of the table before restoration work.
Dimensions: 83 x 199 cm extending to 251 and with both extension leaves fitted, to 304 cm. Height 74.5 cm.
