A fine Parisian Napoleon III Chandelier
A very elegant 19th century Parisian bronze and cut crystal ‘baluster’ chandelier of six lights. Of a suitable size for a drawing room, this chandelier is decorated with large tear-shaped crystal drops, the clear drops interspersed with drops of burgundy, amber and pale blue. Note the excellent quality of the gilt bronze structure, and the whimsical scroll-work of the frame. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
