A fine Parisian Allegorical Mirror

A large and fine mid-19th century French Napoleon III period Louis XVI style painted and gilt mantle mirror, the frame decorated with Neoclassical motifs, the tall, arched pediment with a large musical trophy of crossed instruments with an out-size knotted bow and a laurel wreath (allegories for harmony, marriage and success). Retaining the original mirror plate in very good condition. Area of Paris, circa 1860.
Condition report: Complete, in excellent, unrestored condition.
