A Parisian Trumeau Mirror
A fine, Parisian quality 19th century French Napoleon III period Trumeau mirror of good width, finely carved and painted in the Louis XVI style. Note the quality of the pediment, carved with haut-relief decorations including knotted bows and garlands of flowers, the frame with carved ‘continuous-ribbon’ motifs. Retaining the original mirror plate. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
Condition report: In good and un-restored condition.
