A French Refectory table

A 19th century French Louis XIV style Refectory table, the massive and well-burnished solid oak top with an exceptional thickness (10 cm), standing on two simple oak pilaster legs joined by a central stretcher. Note the wonderfully simple character of this table. Please note the early construction technique of this table. This table will seat eight to ten people.
This table can easily be completely disassembled and reassembled, for ease of transport. Area of Normandy, circa 1870.
Condition report: In excellent, unrestored condition.
