A Charles X period Gueridon Table

An early 19th century French Restauration period pedestal table of wonderfully simple and elegant design. The nicely-faded boxwood-inlaid rosewood top above a shaped and boxwood-inlaid pilaster standing on tripod base. Retaining the original caster wheels. Area of Paris, circa 1820 (the period of the Restoration of the monarchy under King Charles X).
This item is for sale in a shop near Paris, and will not be brought to Melbourne unless someone wants it, and is willing to put down a deposit on its purchase.
