A Champagne and Cider Syphon

A rare, vintage corkscrew used to draw a limited amount of liquid from pressurised bottles, such as Champagne and cider. Fitted with a turned timber handle and a hollow corkscrew on a long shaft, once the corkscrew is fitted to a sealed bottle one is able to draw a certain amount of liquid and then simply close the tap and leave the corkscrew in the bottle for later use.
