A 19th century French blown glass ‘huilier’ oil-serving jar, the slightly irregular translucent glass with ‘wobbles’ and trapped bubbles typical of its manufacture. Note the exceptional spout. Area of the Vallée de la Bresle, Normandy, circa 1860.
