A set of six French porcelain oyster-serving plates, each designed to hold six scallops or oysters, plus a slice of lemon in the centre. Typical work of the "Pillivuyt" pottery, with the pottery hallmarks on the undersides. Please note: this set of six comes with a seventh, spare plate. Area of Bourges, central France, circa 1950.

Condition report: In good and original condition showing suitable age. No chips or cracks.
