A set of three early 20th century French majolica plates (two soup bowls, one dinner plate) each decorated with a coq gaulois, the symbol of France. Retaining the wall-hanging brackets. The rear of the plates stamped with the maker's mark: Faïence d’Hamage/Moulin des loups/Orchies. Area of Northern France, circa 1930.
