A French Oyster Set

A set of six mid 20th century French vintage majolica oyster/scallop plates decorated with grey/green and white colours on haut-relief scallops motifs, each plate holding six oysters (and a central spot for a slice of lemon). Typical manufacture of the St. Clement potteries, circa 1960.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing slight surface wear in keeping with its age.

Dimensions: Diameter plates 25 cm.
