A large, vintage French glazed majolica fish serving dinner decorated with typical colourful glazing work of the 'Vallauris' pottery, each plate, platter and bowl in the shape of a fish. The set comprises 12 large plates, 12 bowls, a soup tureen, a large platter, 2 medium serving plates and a sauce boat. Each of the undersides is stamped with the hallmark of the Vallauris pottery. Area of Vallauris, South of France, circa 1960. 

Condition report: In good and original condition showing suitable age. No chips or cracks.
Dimensions: Large plates diameter 26 cm, bowls diameter 24 cm, soup tureen length 34 cm and height 20 cm, a large platter length 61 cm.
