A Classic Parisian Chandelier

A fine 19th century French Napoleon III period, cast bronze and crystal baluster chandelier of six lights of Classic Parisian design and of a suitable size for a drawing room. This chandelier is decorated with large shaped and waterwheel-cut crystal drops, interspersed with tall 'Poignard' finials. A large waterwheel-cut crystal plinth ball hangs at the base. Please note the exceptional quality of the central baluster. Area of Paris, circa 1870.

Condition report: In excellent and fully restored condition. Freshly re-electrified to Australian safety standards using black silk electrical cord. Please let us know if you require a specific drop from your ceiling.
Dimensions: Diameter 60 cm, height 85 cm, plus length of chain and ceiling cup.
