A French Louis XVI style gilt bronze and crystal chandelier, the ten arms decorated with a central crystal baluster surrounded by flowing crystal-bead chains and with shaped crystals drops. Each of the lights fitted with a faux-candle, standing on a finely scalloped crystal drip-tray. Please note the jewellery-like detail in the cast, gilt and chased work of the arms and drip-trays. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
