A large French Gothic style wrought iron ceiling light, hanging from its original chains and ceiling cup and fitted with eight lights on tall faux-candles. Of massive and masculine character, showing the early, handmade techniques of its construction. Area of Normandy, circa 1930.

Condition report: In excellent, restored condition, fully re-wired to Australian safety standards..
