A 19th century Italian Louis XV style dining table, the carved, painted and parcel gilt table base decorated with 'Rocaille' and with foliate motifs, the four sturdy, shaped uprights holding a large, moulded edge Carrara marble top. Please note: this table can be used as a wonderful desk/ writing table. The base is from the area of Venice, circa 1870. 

Condition report: In good and original condition, showing slight surface wear suitable for its age. The Carrara top is newly fitted.
