A pair of elegant 19th century, French Louis XVI style, carved solid walnut demi-lune Console tables, decorated with haut-relief carved Neoclassical gadrooned and acanthus leaf mouldings, paterae, and standing on finely turned and fluted legs. Please note the subtly faded walnut colours and the excellent proportions. These consoles rest on their central, rear leg and do need to be attached to a wall. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
