A Louis XV ‘Corbeille’ Double Bed

A fine, early 20th century French Louis XV style carved and painted beechwood double size bed, comprising a bed head, a ‘Corbeille’ footer and the original, carved side rails. The width allows for a double-bed size mattress, but the side rails may need to be sympathetically lengthened to accommodate a standard Australian double-bed mattress length.
