A Italian garden statue, "Gli Adirati" (the angry ones), taken from a sculptural work by Cesare Lapini (Florence 1848-1893), depicting a scene involving a lovers' tiff - a young man and a young woman, she looking away upset; he trying to get her attention by holding her skirt and with the gift of an apple. Area of Florence, circa 1950.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing slight erosion, moss and lichens, in keeping with its age and outdoor use.
Dimensions: 43 x 25 xm, height 90 cm.
