A 19th century French Napoleon III period beechwood planter stand with a whimsical personality, decorated with turned and carved faux-bamboo motifs, the 'basket' top designed to hold flower pots, standing on a baluster turned stem and four wonderfully scrolled legs. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
