A French Louis XVI style Bouillotte ebonised table, the circular-top fitted with its original Carrara marble top edged by a raised and fretted gilt brass gallery, standing on elegantly tapering and fluted legs. Two drawers and two leather-inlaid candle-slides are fitted into the circular rails. Please note the elegant contrast between the glowing gilt brass and the ebonised timbers. Area of Paris, circa 1930.
