An early 19th century, French Restauration period, mahogany Library 'Drum' table, the swivelling circular top cross-banded and with raised and moulded edges, fitted with an embossed and gilt edged dark green leather. The rail of the top is fitted with three hidden drawers. The Please note the wonderful Jacob design turned upright and the Classic tripod base with haut relief carved paterae. The mahogany timbers have nicely faded over time. Area of Paris, circa 1820.
