A set of 6 Champagne Flutes

A set of six mid 19th century French hand blown and cut glass Champagne flutes of elegant design, the tapering bowls made of thin glass, standing on baluster-turned stem and broad plinths. Displaying small differences and some 'wobbles' in the glass, typical of their early hand-blown manufacture. The undersides with the pincer marks from the glass-blower. Area of Isle de France (Greater Paris) circa 1850.
