A 190th century French Louis XVI style, finely carved beechwood oval-top 'tabouret' piano stool, the seat fitted with hand-woven cane, the legs joined by a shaped 'X' stretcher. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing slight wear in keeping with its age. The woven cane in good condition.
