A pair of 19th century French Louis XIV style tabouret stools standing on baluster turned legs joined by finely carved and shaped X' stretchers, the original ebonised patina very nicely burnished and faded. Upholstered in a vintage brocade fabric. Area of Paris, circa 1870.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing normal wear in keeping with age. The vintage fabric may still be usable.
