A 19th century French Louis XVI style carved beechwood tabouret of fine quality, the rectangular seat fitted with finely woven cane, the tapering and fluted legs joined by a shaped H-stretcher. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing slight wear in keeping with its age.
Dimensions: 100 x 34 cm, height 50 cm.
