A fine French Art Deco period silver plated Champagne bucket of good silversmith quality, the conical body fitted with carrying handles. The front and rear of the bucket is decorated with large, haut-relief advertising badges for 'De Castellane' Champagne, a Champagne winery founded in 1895. The underside with the 'Argit' silversmith's hallmark. Area of Reims, circa 1930.

Condition report: In good and original condition, showing slight wear in keeping with its age and use.
