A set of twelve mid 19th century, French Napoleon III period wine glasses of fine quality, the generous sized bowls decorated with hand water-wheel cuts, standing on elegant baluster-turned pedestals and large plinths. The underside of the plinths show the pincer marks of the glassblower. Please note: there are some slight variations in heights and in cut-pattern sizes, as expected in hand-made artisanship. Area of Isle de France (greater Paris), circa 1860.
