A set of twelve early 19th century French Provincial wine glasses, the tapering bowls of blown glass standing on simple stems and plinths. The underside of the plinths show the pincer marks of the glassblower. These wine glasses show their wonderful and early hand-made technique, with their slightly uneven shapes and heights, and trapped air bubbles in the clear glass. The underside of the plinths show the pincer marks of the glassblower. Area of Normandy, circa 1830.
Price is for the set of twelve.
