A 19th century French 'anchored' Peniche boat oil lantern, retaining the original clear, blown glass 'boules' shade and the top and bottom anchoring rings, and the original painted finish. Area of Saint Valery sur Somme, circa 1900. Our workshop can sympathetically electrify this for use as ceiling lantern, or as table lamp.
