A 19th century French Louis XV style, solid oak, bowed-front four-drawer commode, the façade decorated with haut relief carved Rocaille mouldings and with stylised seashell and foliate motifs, retaining the original, gilt brass handles and escutcheons. The top is fitted with the original, moulded-edge 'Rouge de France' marble top. Please note the exquisite quality of the carved decorations and the wonderful marble top.
