A very long French Buffet d’Enfilade

An exceptionally long and shallow, 19th century French Napoleon III period solid oak Buffet d’Enfilade sideboard fitted with four drawers and four panelled doors, above a shaped apron standing on eight shaped legs. Retaining all the original brass handles and steel escutcheons. Note the delicate and whimsical haut-relief carved vine and grapes motifs on the facade. Retaining a wonderful, rich oak patination. Area of Vignacourt, Picardie, Northern France, circa 1870.
