An early 19th century English Regency period mahogany Library 'Drum' table, the circular top retaining its beautifully faded and original, embossed and gilt edge leather, and fitted with drawers and with 'dummy' drawers. Please note the wonderful cross-banding work on the reeded-edge top and the ebonised stringing on the rails. The pedestal base standing on the original caster wheels. Area of London, circa 1800.
