An early 20th century French Louis XVI style mahogany and Carrara marble-topped open 'Bibus' open bookcase of good, shallow proportions, fitted with two adjustable-height shelves. Please note the elegant brass edge, framing the Carrara marble top. Area of Paris, circa 1930.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing surface wear in keeping with its age. An old repair to the marble top.
