An early 19th century French Empire period (Napoleon 1st) Somno, the book-matched flame mahogany pilaster-shape standing on a moulded plinth, a door fitted into the façade, retaining its original oval brass handle. Retaining the original Belgian anthracite black marble. The interior fitted with two shelves. Area of Paris, circa 1810.

Condition report: In good and original condition, showing slight wear in keeping with its age. Will need some minor structural repairs and repolishing.
