A French Transitional Louis XVI style, rosewood and mahogany demi-lune two drawer commode, of good proportions and made with fine workmanship, the facade and flanks inlaid with cross-banded patterns. Fitted with fine gilt brass mounts, and retaining the original Brèche marble top, and the original finish. Area of Paris, circa 1900.
