A pair of French provincial Louis XV style solid beechwood ladderback armchairs, haut relief carved with stylised flower and foliate motifs, the ample seats with woven rush. The height of the seats make these armchairs suitable for sitting at a desk or dining table. Typical of the provincial Louis XV style from the area of Southern France, circa 1930.

Condition report: In excellent and original, unrestored condition.
