A Louis LXV Wing Back Armchair

An  early 20th century French Louis XV style carved beechwood (Bergères a Oreilles) wing-back library armchair retaining its original, of excellent and large proportions and very comfortable to sit on. Note the graceful lines and the good depth and broadness and also the fine quality of the hand-carved mouldings. Area of Paris, circa 1930. 

This piece is currently able to be viewed at Michelle Kindness Design, 21A Beatty Ave, Armadale VIC.


Condition report: In excellent, original condition. The fabric may be reusable after steam cleaning.
