A French Door Knocker

A good quality lost-wax cast and patinated bronze door knocker in the shape of a clenched hand hinged onto a square plinth plate, with its separate striker plate. The hinged hand is lifted, to strike down onto the strike plate.

Condition report: In excellent and original condition.
