An early 20th century French "Triumphant Empire" style mahogany 'Gueridon' tripod salon table, each of its four tapering legs decorated with gilt brass lions' feet plinths and with laurel wreaths, the curved rails of the top with gilt brass chariots pulled by cherubs . Of wonderfully elegant masculine character, retaining its original, inserted 'Gris Saint Anne' marble top framed by a gilt brass string-of-pearls moulding. Area of Paris, circa 1930.
Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing slight wear in keeping with its age.
