A set of ten early 19th century French Provincial Bistro glasses, the bowls, typically heavy and with thick glass on the bottom standing on short stems and circular plinths. These wine glasses show their wonderfully rustic, hand-made character with trapped air bubbles and glass 'wobbles', slightly un-even shapes and heights. Area of Normandy, circa 1830.
