Miguel Meirelles Antiques' shipping rates, unless otherwise stated, are an additional cost to the price of the item(s) you are purchasing.
If an item doesn't have shipping costs stated clearly during checkout, we will ask you to contact us prior to purchasing, for us to calculate delivery costs for you. Costs of freight depend on weight, size and fragility of the item(s). Also, on where you are located. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery timeframes in your area. We will be able to provide an estimate for timeframes with other delivery services.
Please note that due to COVID-19 deliveries are experiencing significant delays.
Express Shipping will incur an additional fee above standard shipping charges. We are situated in the next-day-delivery network of Australia Post so, if you require delivery ASAP, please contact us so that we can try to meet your request.
Upon delivery, purchased items will not be left unattended (on your doorstep) unless an authority to leave the item is provided to us by you. The liability for opting out of signing for your shipment, rather than personally receiving the items, will remain with you.
Once shipped with Australia Post, a tracking number will be issued to the email address provided, which will enable you to track the progress of your order.
Please ensure that you provide us with a correct shipping address, as once your order has been dispatched we cannot alter the address. You will be charged any shipping cost rates incurred in resending items.
Our Australia Post shipping rates start at $15, and go upwards depending on the type/size/weight of the item and the method of transport.
For large scale items or very fragile pieces we suggest that these to be picked up by courier/transport service. If you would like an item to be delivered by a courier or transport service please enquire with us prior to purchase. On enquiry, we can get a quote for freight from one of our regular local and interstate carriers.
Whilst we aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible, please allow up to three (3) business days for us to read your order and to contact you regarding timing for delivery and to confirm payment has been received. Please contact us by phone or email if a timeframe for delivery is important. Delaying deliveries, or express deliveries are both available options.

Please contact us to enquire about International Shipping. We carry out international deliveries to anywhere in the world, where we are legally able to.
We can provide quotes for shipping from some of our usual international carriers.
All Customs' duties, import taxes and any other costs imposed by the purchaser’s country will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
