An early 20th century oil on canvas painting copied exactly from "La Source", painted by Jean-Auguste Ingres (begun in 1820 and completed in 1856), now displayed at the Musée d’Orsay. Signed at bottom left "G. Rosen d'après Ingres". Retaining its original carved and gilded frame.

Condition report: In excellent and un-restored condition, the gilding of the frame nicely worn.
