A vintage French water pitcher with the branding, "Anisette Berger" on both sides. Designed to hold half a litre of water. These types of advertising carafes were distributed to French bistros, cafes, and bars to serve chilled water, to be added to Anisette in a glass to create a cloudy, refreshing aperitif. Area of France, circa 1960. 

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition.
