A large woven wirework and painted timber birdcage, the 'Montgolfier' dome shaped structure decorated with intricate Arabesque volutes and with protruding doors. Area of Tunisia or Morocco, circa 1950.

Please note: this item is due in Melbourne mid 2027.

Condition report: In good and original condition. Please note: on request, our workshop is able to turn this birdcage into a lantern.
