A pair of 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style carved, painted and gilded hall chairs, the oval medallion-backs with rose flower wreath crests above a shaped seats standing on fine turned and fluted Neoclassical legs. The chairs are fitted with finely-woven rattan seats and back rests. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition. A small, repairable break in the woven rattan. Please feel free to ask for a restoration quote from our workshop.
