A fine 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style gilt pastille work mantle mirror retaining the original mirror plate, the gilt finish with a rich gilt patina. The frame top with rounded top corners, decorated with etched stylised foliate and floral motifs and surmounted by a large 'Cartouche' and a foliate motif crest. Area of Paris, circa 1860.
